We want to make purchasing as easy and convenient as possible so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Cashier's Check, as well as Personal Checks. In addition you may use your PayPal account or your checking account online. Once funds have cleared and payment is accepted your order will be shipped. All personal checks must list current address; phone number and driver's license number. Personal checks received without this information will be held until clearance from the bank (approx. 1-2 weeks). Returned check fee is $35.00.

Credit Card Safety 

At Silverbow Honey we believe in preserving your personal information in the securest way possible. All transactions are done over fully secured server connections using the latest 128 bit encryption technology to insure your credit card and personal information will not end up in the wrong hands.


Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours and we ship each business day via UPS. Orders received after 1:00pm PST will not begin processing until the next business day unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Silverbow Honey Company is in the Pacific Standard Time Zone (PST). Our shipping rates are based on "UPS Real Time Shipping" software. Once you enter the shipping address and zip code, a request is made for shipping rates from UPS and the total is entered into the shopping cart form.


Returns

If you want to return an item, please call. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS: 1) item must be in original carton and in good condition, 2) must be returned within 30 days of receipt, 3) returned to location of original purchase, 4) original receipt required. LIMITATIONS: in most cases a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

EXCEPTION: If we goofed, we will give a full refund and pay the freight both ways.

Cancel An Order

If you want to cancel an order please call us immediately. (866) 44-HONEY. We will do everything in our power to cooperate in canceling your order, but if the order has been shipped we will have billed you already. If you still desire to cancel you can pay for the freight both ways and send the package back. We will credit you the cost of the returned goods as long as it meets our return policy guidelines.


Change An Order

To change your order, please call us immediately. We will do everything in our power to help change your order, but if the order has been shipped we will have billed you already. Then you have the option to return the products you don't want but you will have to pay the return freight and the return product must meet our return policy guidelines.


Damaged Freight 

All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. shipping point. This legal term simply means that all merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier. The freight carrier is responsible for the complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. If you package appears to be damaged upon arrival, please refuse shipment. If your package appears fine, but the product inside is damaged please call us immediately. We will need to issue a return of your product and file a claim with the freight carrier. 


Liability 

Because conditions of use are beyond our control, we offer no warranty or representation, express or implied, except that all products conform to the description provided by the manufacturer on sales literature or product labels. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid. 


Rush Orders 

If you would like your order shipped the same day (if ordered by noon) or the next day (if ordered after noon), we will add on an extra $10.00 rush fee. This does not include Next Day Air orders, 2nd Day Air orders, 3 Day Select orders, or freight orders.


International Export Ordering 

Silverbow Honey can ship to just about any country in the world. Please note that shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at the time of shipment and cannot be calculated on the website. Export shipments are subject to payment in U.S. funds. All freight for export orders must include the cost of insurance. All export orders will be shipped through UPS, unless otherwise specified. Export orders shipped through carriers other than UPS are shipped at the customer's own risk. UPS calculates duty and customs fees at the time of delivery. Back Order Policies

Any items that are out of stock will be placed on backorder and will reflect on the invoice as a backordered item. When backordered items are shipped, a new invoice will be generated and shipping costs will be added on the new invoice. If you would like to cancel a back order, please call us immediately after receiving the original shipment.


Lead Time

Due to delivery times varying from where you are located; please allow 10 days to 2 weeks for the delivery of product from the time of your order. In some instances (before holidays) delivery may take up to 3 weeks
